All questions, articles, learning tracks, roadmaps, glossary terms, comparisons, and other educational content on the Service are owned by DevPrep or used with permission. This content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your Content

By submitting content (comments, feedback, solutions), you grant DevPrep a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You retain ownership of your original content.

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content that violates these Terms, is inappropriate, or is reported by other users, at our sole discretion.

5. Premium Subscriptions

• Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details are presented at the time of purchase.
• Premium subscriptions provide ad-free access and exclusive content.
• Refund policies, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
